Where does Dr Roebuck’s ship? 

Dr Roebuck’s ships within all areas of Australia. 

For any international orders our customer service team can process and send manually. International enquiries are received via info@drroebucks.com.au 

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL AUSTRALIAN ORDERS   

Shipping is free for all orders within Australia. All orders are subject to availability and are sent via Australia Post and are fully trackable; you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order. It is suggested that you provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9-5pm. You agree to provide the correct delivery address and hold Dr Roebuck’s harmless from any error in this regard. Otherwise your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office / depot for collection. Dr Roebuck’s may also need to deliver in instalments or through split orders, if some products are not available at the time of purchasing. All orders are dispatched by the next business day and delivered within 3-5 business days.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – manual  

Dr Roebuck’s can ship to a limited number of countries (ie United States, New Zealand, United Kingdom)International shipping fees will apply. All international orders must be manually placed via info@drroebucks.com.au . Dr Roebuck’s is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain products.  

 

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping is free within Australia 

International (Worldwide) – for manually processed orders Shipping is charged at a flat rate of AUD$35.00  

PRICES & PAYMENT 

All prices listed on the site are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax (as applicable). 

The prices indicated may be changed at any time without advance notice. However, the products shall be charged at the rate in force when your order was validated. 

 

How Long Does Shipping Take?

The below times are estimated delivery times only and both domestic and international orders can be subject to delays due to weather, customs clearances or other unforeseen circumstances.  

During our peak sales and promotional activity periods some orders may take a little longer than expected to be picked, packed and shipped to you. If you have any concerns please contact our customer care team. 

WITHIN AUSTRALIA 

Dr Roebuck’s orders are delivered via Australia Post Standard within 3-5 days all Australian Metropolitan areas. Please allow an additional 1-2 days transit for regional areas. To ensure secure delivery, all parcels must be signed for upon receipt. If you don’t expect to be home during normal business hours, please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. During our peak sales and promotional activity periods some orders may take a little longer than expected to be picked, packed and shipped to you.  If you have any concerns over the shipping timeline please contact our customer care team. 

 

How Do I Track My Order?  

Your order will be processed within 1-2 days at Dr Roebuck’s headquarters. Our delivery partners Australia Post or DHL will collect your order and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.  

If you are unable to locate your tracking number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please reach out to our customer care team at info@drroebucks.com.au and we will assist you with your enquiry.  

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION   

Discount and coupon codes do not apply to shipping costs. Dr Roebuck’s will not be liable for delayed or lost shipment. Dr Roebuck’s will not be liable for delays in delivery due to incorrect customer information provided during checkout. 

You are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Dr Roebuck’s will not be liable for any cost for re-delivery attempts. This cost will be passed on to you if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if incorrect details are provided during the checkout process.  

 

Can I Change My Shipping Address? 

 Please reach out to us at info@drroebucks.com.au if you need to make any changes to your order, though we cannot guarantee these changes.

 If you did not receive your order, please reach us at info@drroebucks.com.au as soon as possible for assistance.

Will Dr Roebuck’s work for my skin type? 

Our products are developed with love for the most sensitive of skin - we are dermatologically tested, hypoallergenic, paraben free, gluten free, sulfate and silicone free. Always try a test patch before introducing a new product into your routine.  

 

When do your products expire? 

Our products feature natural ingredients, which unopened have a shelf life of 3 years. Once opened we recommend you use our products within 6 months.  

 

Is Dr Roebuck’s vegan, cruelty free, gluten free? 

 Dr Roebuck’s is proud to never test our products or ingredients on animals. Our products are gluten free and vegan, with the exception of our Tama Healing Mask–which is made with Sustainably Sourced Manuka Honey for it's healing properties.  

 

Can I use Dr Roebuck’s products while I’m pregnant? 

Our products are safe to use during pregnancy or nursing. However, we always recommend speaking with your doctor to determine which products would be most beneficial for you during your pregnancy. As always, try a patch test before introducing any new products into your skincare routine. 

 

Can I use Dr Roebuck’s products with my allergy? 

 While a range of Dr Roebuck's products are dermatologically-tested, allergens can vary from person to person - so we always recommend consulting with your doctor to determine which products are suitable for you. As always, try a patch test before introducing any new products into your skincare.
