Let's Talk Skin
When it comes to skincare, I believe in keeping things simple.
The first thing I do when I wake up is add a tablespoon of Love Your Gut Powder to a glass of warm water. The state of our skin is a direct reflection of our insides, so it’s important to show your stomach some love!
I love using Hydrating Mist by Zk’in in the morning as it helps protect against UV damage and improve the moisture of my skin. I’m also loving their moisturizer as it increases skin elasticity, hydration and smoothness.
When it comes to serums, there’s nothing like Dr Roebuck’s Perky Collagen Boosting Serum. It helps liven up dull skin and improve firmness and elasticity - it tightens, brightens and hydrates my skin perfectly. I always make sure to keep some in my carry-on bag whenever I travel.
When it comes to makeup, I’ve recently discovered Ere Perez and it’s beautiful! They’re a natural and cruelty-free brand that makes quality products out of amazing ingredients. Their foundation and mascara are the best – sometimes I find that’s all I need. I also love INIKA bronzer - it’s a baked mineral bronzer that gives me a sun-kissed glow.
I love to use my Supercharged Food Earth, Mask & Scrub twice a week. Ultra-healing minerals and clays soften the skin, remove dirt and oils, reduce pore size and keep the skin full of life. It can be used as either a face mask or exfoliating scrub. Before bed, I use almond oil as it gently removes debris and prevents future breakouts because of the high Vitamin A content.
Glowing Skin Comes From Within
As we all know, glowing skin comes from within, which is why I’m sharing one of my favourite all-time recipes – my delicious Turmeric Fudge. Turmeric is packed with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, helping your skin glow from the inside out! These delectable fudgey pieces will surprise you with how easy and quick they are to make. They're a simple and delicious treat, so give them a try and enjoy their benefits.
